Knight-Swift Transportation posted higher third-quarter revenue that topped analysts’ expectations, despite a 22% drop in sales in its core truckload business. The trucking company said its less-than-truckload segment saw strong demand, and benefited from higher volumes and pricing. Shares climb 14%, to $52.10, after-hours.
SolarEdge Technologies slashed its estimates for third- and fourth-quarter revenue after the residential solar energy company said it saw more cancellations and pushouts of orders. The company said it was seeing slower-than-expected installation rates and higher inventories. Shares tumbled 21%, to $90.20, after-hours.
Arcutis Biotherapeutics announced a $100 million public offering, which includes shares and prefunded warrants for the purchase of common stock. The dermatology treatment company said the underwriters would have the option to purchase up to $15 million in additional shares. The stock fell 9.3%, to $2.75, after-hours.
